You can return the jewel to us (at your expense) in a small cardboard box or padded envelope to protect it. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel that may occur during the return. We also ask you to attach the completed form - which you can find on this page - to this, please. That will help us a lot!

If you have the opportunity, you can also come to our workshop to make an exchange. We welcome our customers from Wednesday to Friday, from 1pm to 5pm. Making an appointment is easy!
