Repair your jewelry

We are sorry to hear that your jewel has had a little accident! Fortunately, it is not a problem: as we make everything ourselves in our workshop, we can also take care of any repairs !

There are three possibilities :

  • Your warranty is valid / If you send us your little jewel with its valid warranty, and if it covers the problem (manufacturing problem, abnormal weakness, etc.) we'll be happy to repair it at our expense!
  • Your warranty is valid in terms of date, but does not cover the problem / If, on the other hand, it seems obvious to us that the jewel has been damaged by a life accident, a brutal gesture or any other lack of care or luck, we will ask you for a small contribution towards the time and materials required to repair it. We rely on your good faith. If you'd like to find out more about warranty conditions, please go to this page.
  • Your warranty is invalid / If your jewel is unfortunately no longer covered by its warranty, we will estimate the repair costs as soon as we receive your jewel. You can then decide whether or not to go through with it.

So, are you ready to hand us your little jewel so that we can give it a second life? It's simple!

  1. Print out and fill in the reparation form below, and place the completed chart in your parcel (top part of chart only). That will help us a lot!
  2. Send us your jewel (with its guarantee) in a small cardboard box or padded envelope to protect it. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel that may occur during the return.

Our postal address: 2Z Concept, Rue Joseph Wauters 19, 1030-Brussels.

If you have the opportunity, you can also drop off your jewelry at our workshop. We welcome our customers from Wednesday to Friday, from 1pm to 5pm. Making an appointment is easy! You can choose a time slot directly via the "Let's meet at Lou's Workshop" tab. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with all practical information!

We will do our best to get your little jewel back into its best shape as quickly as possible...

Thank you in advance for your patience.
